Guest Speaker: Rick Robinson

As Managing Director of the Ramsee Consulting Group, Rick has guided a number of both public- and private-sector organizations through the Strategic Planning process. His diverse background and understanding of Strategic Planning, Learning Theory, Lean Concepts, Employee Engagement, Meeting Facilitation, Change Management, and Leadership Development give him a unique insight into the real challenges of organizational change. 

    Rick is a frequently requested speaker, and has received high praise for his presentations to ICMA, TCMA, ASTD, ISPI, UTD, UMANT, YRMA, HR Soutwest and the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce’s Strategic Leadership Series.  

    In the last six years Rick has successfully guided Wingstop Restaurants, the Town of Addison, The City of Richardson, The City of Coppell, the City of Georgetown, DeKalb Office Environments, Malphurs Interactive, and others through the process of developing a shared Vision, Goals, and Strategies for the future. His inclusive and highly interactive style has earned him high praise from his clients and conference attendees.

 Increasing the Strategic Value of the HR Function   

Upon completion of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the three Value Propositions and their corresponding Value Operating Models
  • State the importance of Value Proposition on organizational performance
  • Describe how the Value Proposition concept impacts how HR should operate in their organization
  • Discuss ideas on how they can increase their strategic value
