Guest Speaker: James Baird
Dr. James Baird has a Ph.D. in Business with an emphasis in Organizational Management and a Specialization in Leadership from Capella University with distinction. He also has earned an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix with honors. He is a Certified Allied Health Instructor and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. With more than thirty years of clinical, administrative, management, and leadership experience in the health care field, as well as seventeen years of leadership & teaching experience at the College level, Dr. Baird is considered by many a Leadership expert. He owns and runs his own firm, Baird Consulting and Motivational Speaking, having completed many projects on curriculum revision and review for numerous colleges across the U.S. as well as general business consulting. Dr. Baird is also a published author in several peered reviewed journals, most recently in the International Journal of Business Management in February 2016.
